GLTC moves towards the Crown summit

In recognition of the several interventions recently implemented to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, Goscor Lift Truck Company (GLTC) – the sole distributor of the Crown range of forklifts in southern Africa – was recently awarded the Ascent Award by its principal, Crown. Crown, one of the world’s largest material handling companies, recently recognised the outstanding performance and commitment to customer service by its top company-owned branches and independent dealers across the EMEA region, where GLTC was the co-winner of the 2017 Ascent Award. The Ascent Award recognises branches and dealers that performed well and “are continuing to move towards the summit”.

The award is a true measure of the strides that GLTC has recently made to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in its area of jurisdiction. Earlier this year, GLTC became the first forklift supplier to attain both the ISO 9001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations in South Africa. Added to that was the recent commissioning of a world-class technical training centre in September last year, focused on delivering products and services that meet the highest quality, and health and safety standards.
